Instructions
Place ingredients in blender. Blend on high for 1 minute. Strain through nut milk bag or clean pillow case. Use immediately or store in refrigerator for 4-6 days. The coconut cream may separate during storage, because we have not used any emulsifying agents. Stir to recombine before use- this may be easier after milk has come to room temperature.
What to do with the pulp? Throw it in with muffins, compost it, or dehydrate and then grind it up to use as coconut flour.
